We love hosting folks, but we do ask for a little help:

• We need visitors to wash the towels and sheets from the previous family so that you can place your own sheets and towels on the floor of the laundry room at the end of your stay. It's a pay-it-forward (pay-it-backwards?) model. :-)

• Cleaning is $300 per visit and does not include laundry or making beds.

• Donations are graciously accepted to help us with upkeep of the house (utilities, snow-shoveling, HOA dues, etc.), but it's up you what you are comfortable with.

After you request your visit and it is confirmed, you should expect an email 2 days before your visit with a Check-in List that includes how to get in, bear wires, trash day, as well as where all the fun toys are located. You'll also get a nice departure checklist the day before you're planning to leave.
